We love the golden age of perfumery and choose to craft the majority of our fragrances using natural materials set in a certified organic base of grape alcohol. All of our fragrances are cruelty free and therefore not tested on animals nor use animal by-products making them suitable for vegans
While our preference is always for 100% natural materials, our ultimate goal is to create fragrances which delight and tell a story. In order to achieve this, we may on occasion source nature identical ingredients for ethical reasons or to obtain specific odour profiles. For example, we would never use natural musk since it is obtained through the killing of the Himalayan Musk Deer.
However, we will always state if a nature identical ingredient has been used and why this choice was made. The following fragrances are 100% natural with the exception of the Decay of the Angel which uses a nature identical musk alternative and hedione which isn't commercially extracted in it's natural form.
We believe in creating product that fills a niche in the luxury perfume market yet is created in manner that strives to not only minimise negative impact upon our health, the environment and society as whole, but to also create positive change where possible.
While we recognise that we aren’t yet perfect, we are constantly taking steps to improve our processes to make a more sustainable brand. Timothy has a long history in pushing the notion of Sustainable Luxury and was instrumental in helping the United Nations create the first industry steering group to help the luxury industry operate in a manner which promoted the protection of our natural biodiversity.
